Worklist does not show all records

Description
Some samples that are in-process and are in the instrument are not showing in the worklist.
Steps:
1. Navigated to the sample worklist view
2. Viewed the list and scrolled up and down to find the samples of interest
Expected results: In-process samples can be seen in the worklist.
Actual results: Samples are missing and not showing on the list.
